My responsibilities on this project included:
Creating and distributing call sheets, shot lists, and equipment lists
Communicating with festival organizers, including drafting and managing image release contracts, distributing production schedules, and communicating with organizers prior to and on the shoot day
Directing camera operators during festival
Managing all camera and microphone equipment
Organizing craft services for crew
Categorizing and archiving captured footage
Color grading footage
Editing short videos for social media
